Architectural Technologist

Architectural Technologist/Senior Technologist (OUTSIDE IR35) - Birmingham

About the role:

A reputable practice in the West Midlands is urgently looking for immediate support at least until the end of the financial year, with scope to assist the practice for 4+ years based on projects. They are actively seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist with experience on stages 3-5 to work within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.

Responsibilities:

You would assist with the delivery of a healthcare faciltity valued at over £100 million alongside a major pharmaceutical project that is moving into stage 4. This would involve detailing in Revit.

Start: ASAP

Location: Birmingham

Salary/Rate: DOE

Duration: 12 Months

Requirements:

  • Experience using Revit.
  • Strong experience working on the delivery stages.
  • Experience working on healthcare and pharmaceutical projects is preferred.

The role offers hybrid working of 3 days in office with occasional visits to meet the client in Birmingham and is outside IR35.

Our Three Pillars of Training

Academy:
Week 1 is a series of remote sessions to learn all things systems, followed by a 1 week academy process which is a mixture of classroom and deskside this will be in one of our UK offices and usually consists of 3-8 other consultants all starting their journey together.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.

His role involves teaching the consultants that are new to the company the foundations of recruitment and our systems before then helping them to upskill in areas specific to each consultant.
