Business Analyst
This role is focused on facilitating, analysing, and delivering innovative, effective solutions to complex business systems challenges across all company processes, with a particular emphasis on core business systems. Acting as a vital link between business requirements and technical implementation, this position ensures that solutions align with organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business performance improvements by supporting and optimising core business systems such as ERP, CRM, and Analytics.
- Write clear and detailed business requirements, including scope definitions, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
- Document both business and technical requirements; collaborate across teams to prioritise and validate features.
- Coordinate with Leadership and the PMO to review and negotiate project priorities.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience with mainstream ERP systems; familiarity with Ridder IQ is a plus.
- Strong background in ERP design, implementation, and workflow development.
- Hands-on experience in designing, building, deploying, and maintaining Power BI reports to support finance and operations.
- Solid understanding of enterprise software solutions that support business processes, including order management.
- Willingness to take a hands-on approach to project implementation and process optimisation.
- Proficient in SQL database management and scripting.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and third-party software integrations.
- Dutch language proficiency is required.
