CSA/Civil Supervisor – Renewable Projects – Germany 🇩🇪
📍 Location: Germany (Berlin and Ulm)

We are partnered with a market leading Renewable Construction business in Germany, who are currently looking for 2 x experienced CSA/Civil Supervisors to join a Substation Construction projects. If you’re passionate about safety, quality, and leading civil works from the ground up — this is your role.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee ducting, drainage, cement works, excavation, substations and BESS installation
- Lead on all civil, structural, and architectural works across the project
- Plan daily activities, coordinate teams, and deliver against project milestones
- Conduct safety briefings, review risk assessments, and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Manage site documentation and interface with client reps
- Conduct regular quality audits and monitor subcontractor performance
- Identify and report any issues impacting cost, time, or quality
Requirements:
- Strong civil/construction background – understanding of electrical works a major plus
- Experience supervising complex construction projects – ideally substations or energy-related
- Knowledge of health & safety legislation and quality control practices
- Strong leadership and coordination skills with a proactive, solution-driven mindset
- German language skills a significant advantage
