Construction Foreman · On-site

A client is looking for a Concrete Foreman for a 3 Months contract in Helmond.

The role would be supervising an apartment build (WoningBouw) working with pre-fabrication concrete and wet concrete.

The client has advised they are willing to speak with Foreman with a Civil background, particularly those with experience supervising Concrete packages, Groundworks and Formwork packages.

 

START: ASAP – Interviewing immediately

LOCATION: Eindhoven Area

SALARY: Local payroll in Netherlands – ZZP and BV feasible

 

Concrete Foreman

Civil Engineering and Construction background

Civils package experience (minor or major works/packages, concrete pours, foundations)

Site based working history in The Netherlands – Dutch speaking is not required

Understanding of civils, drainage, structures, ground works, concrete is all applicable

Academy:
Week 1 is a series of remote sessions to learn all things systems, followed by a 1 week academy process which is a mixture of classroom and deskside this will be in one of our UK offices and usually consists of 3-8 other consultants all starting their journey together.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
