g2 are currently looking for a Construction Manager – Electrical to support an EPC construction project, near to Stuttgart.
The role would be starting immediately, for a 12-month contract running until Q1 2027.
The Construction Manager will work closely with the Projects and Site Manager, responsible for the full construction team during Construction, Installation and possibly the Commissioning phase (still to be awarded). You will liaise with and manage the Supervisors onsite (3-4 supervisors), with a high focus on quality and safety.
You will be working on a brownfield project, focusing on electrical (EICA) aspects inclusive of medium and low voltage, for construction and installation.
LOCATION: Stuttgart area, Germany.
DURATION:12-month contract.

Construction Manager –- Essential Skills
- 5-10+ years’ experience working as a Construction Manager on onshore plants
- Experience working on electrical site operations, working with medium/low voltage, transformers, switchgears, etc.
- Ability to lead and manage complexed construction teams, with high focus on quality and safety.
- Main contractor and/or EPC Contractor experience is very beneficial where you managed smaller subcontractors.
- Experience with resource planning, resource management onsite and client liaison
- Strong Leadership and Communication skills, able to manage a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience working on projects at least €10 - €20 Million in investment size
- Spanish speaking essential, English speaking beneficial and required
