Damp and Mould Surveyor · On-site

We are currently searching for a Damp and Mould surveyor to join a client of mine based in the East Midlands on a 6 month contract (open to extension).

 

Location: East Midlands

Rate: DOE

Contract: 6 months

 

Day-today responsibilities:

  • Conduct property inspections to identify damp, mould, and condensation issues.
  • Diagnose the root causes of moisture problems.
  • Prepare clear and concise reports with recommendations for treatment and deliver to repairs team.
  • Advise clients on preventative measures and remediation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

 

Experience and Qualifications:

  • HNC or degree in Building Surveying or Construction
  • 5 years minimum experience within Surveying
  • Good understanding of Damp and Mould and Condensation.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
