g2 are currently searching for an EHS Manager!

The client is looking for a permanent EHS Manager to join their global company in the distribution and logistics sector. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HSE professional to take the next step in a dynamic and safety-critical environment.

This role would require you to manage the clients QMS systems, for movement of goods in and out, whilst being knowledgeable of on-site machinery and goods that are being transported both regionally and nationally.

Location: 50km East of Antwerp

Contract: €8,000 - €9,000 per month - Full-Time/Payroll.

Languages: Dutch & English

Experience:

  • Five years of HSE experience in an operational/logistics role.
  • PA1 Certification
  • Multiple years experience in a managerial role
  • Experience with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.
  • Align company standards with Belgian guidelines and regulations.
  • Operate IMS systems, perform audits, inspections and risk assessments.
  • Someone with several years of HSE experience with an understanding of national and international HSE legislation.
  • Strong understanding of the Dutch and English language

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
