Electrical Project Engineer

E&I Project/Package Engineer to join our client based in Rotterdam, Netherlands. The client is looking for permanent candidates to work supporting their engineering, design and project delivery teams on a range of skid package projects which are delivered to both the onshore and offshore energy markets.

The client is working on process type skid packages; covering engineering, design, equipment specification, building/fabrication, FAT and SAT, and you would work on all electrical and instrumentation engineering aspects.

The client will also consider candidates who have suitable electrical or instrument engineering, they do require and E&I engineer, but they do not have a preference on your bias.

START: ASAP - March, April or May starts

LOCATION: Netherlands, Rotterdam

SALARY: 3500 - 5500 Euros per month - depending upon experience

PACKAGE: Good Package - one day from home per week

Electrical (E&I) Engineer - Electrical & Instrument Engineer - Project Engineer

Specification:

Electrical and Instrumentation experience - engineering, specific equipment

Electrical engineer - knowledge of control panels, junction boxes, wiring diagrams, layouts

Instrument engineering - load lists, loop diagrams, instrument specification, calibration

4+ years of engineering experience covering either design, engineering or project engineer

ATEX projects experience - Oil & Gas/Chemical/Power generation

Any experience coordinating with suppliers or clients, package engineering

FAT or SATs

English language skills

The client is working on the design, engineering, and skid-package build projects. They need an electrical & Instrument engineer to work on electrical (E&I) engineering, electrical specification (cabinets, MCCs), instrument specification (sensors), electrical layout, working with supply partners and support the build as a technical project engineer.

Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
