g2 Recruitment have partnered with a turnkey solution provider/EPC project developer that are focused on Solar and PV/Photovoltaic projects.
We are working with them to recruit a Freelance Electrical Supervisor for a utility scale ground mounted Solar/PV park project in Lower Saxony, Germany.
Job Role - Electrical Supervisor
Duration - 6 Months +

Location - Germany, Lower Saxony Region
A client is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join their team on a large-scale ground-mounted Solar PV project. This is an opportunity to work on a utility-scale renewable energy installation mission.
Key responsibilities within the job role:
- Oversee and supervise all electrical installation on-site.
- Ensuring full compliance is met with German standards and regulations from an Electrical point of view.
- Oversee any and all subcontractors and manage their daily working activities/schedules.
- Troubleshooting and solving any technical issues.
- Keep all documentation up to date and be able to provide progress updates and reports to key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- You must be an EU citizen and have the ability to work as a Freelancer in the EU.
- Fluency in English is essential, it would be beneficial if you can communicate in German too.
- Significant working experience as an Electrical Supervisor on utility-scale Solar PV projects, ideally in German and surrounding countries such as Belgium or Netherlands etc.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, cabling, and grid connection requirements.
- Strong understanding of German electrical standards and regulations.
