We are currently looking for an Embedded Software Engineer to join one of our client's in Munich on a contract basis. You will be working on advanced robotic and AI-driven technologies within the automotive sector. Please see below.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and refine algorithms for robotics applications, including ADAS features (e.g., AEB, ACC), sensor calibration, and radar-based AI systems.
- Implement and debug software in C++ and Python for embedded and real-time environments.
- Build modular and scalable robotics software using ROS/ROS2.
- Integrate sensors such as radar, LiDAR, cameras, and IMUs, ensuring accurate calibration and data fusion.
- Design networking solutions for real-time communication between ECUs and sensors (Ethernet, CAN, UDP/TCP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless hardware-software integration.
- Conduct performance profiling, root-cause analysis, and system-level testing.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for software quality.
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Robotics, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in embedded software development, robotics, or automotive systems.
- Strong skills in C++, Python, and real-time, multithreaded applications.
- Hands-on experience with ROS/ROS2 and robotics middleware.
- Familiarity with networking protocols and debugging tools (e.g., Wireshark, CAN analyzers).
- Knowledge of sensor technologies (radar, LiDAR, IMU, cameras) and data processing techniques.
- Expertise in sensor calibration, synchronization, and fusion.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
