G2 are currently looking for a EHS Manager to join them on a permanent basis, based in Paris, France.
This is an exciting opportunity within the construction industry, and the client are looking for a fast-paced individual who is interested in a new challenge. The role would require an EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) Manager to join them on their construction site.
The client is a construction company, and they are working on the operational safety, maintenance and the management of their HSE/HSEQ systems. This role offers significant opportunities for growth, with the client being committed to investing time in developing every employee’s capabilities.
START: February 2026 onwards
SALARY: €70,000 – 110,000 + Package (Car, Accommodation, Bonus etc.)
LOCATION: Paris, France
Specification:
- 5 + years data centre delivery experience
OR 10 + years construction project delivery experience
- HSE/HSSE/HSEQ/QHSE technical background with relevant certification
- NEBOSH/PA1/HVK or similar certification
- ISO experience (9001, 14001, 45001)
- Knowledge of safety HSE/QMS management systems
- Clear understanding of behaviour-based safety management
- Excellent English and French language skills

The client has the opportunity for the successful EHS Manager to join them in Q1 2026, they would be happy for the successful candidate to mobilise at your earliest convenience.
The role requires a strong EHS manager who is confident in advising operational, maintenance and site-based staff on health, safety and environmental issues.
