Environment, Health and Safety Manager · On-site

G2 are currently looking for a EHS Manager to join them on a on a permanent or temporary basis, based near to Groningen, Netherlands.

The role would require an EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) Manager to join them on a fast paced construction site. They are looking for someone who is interested in finding a new exciting challenge and is ready to hit the ground running, bring new ideas, and grow with a fast‑moving team.

The client is a subcontractor who handle the site operations, and they are working on the operational safety, maintenance and the management of their HSE/HSEQ systems. This is an international client, so you will be managing safety onsite, dealing with local teams, but delivering international safety procedures.

LOCATION: Groningen area, Netherlands

 

Specification:

- 5+ years construction HSE experience

- NEBOSH / MVK / HVK

- HSE/HSSE/HSEQ/QHSE technical background

- Knowledge of safety HSE/QMS management systems

- Clear understanding of behaviour-based safety management

- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent English language skills

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
