G2 are currently searching for a HSE Lead!

Our client is looking for HSE lead. The client is a materials plant operator, and they are looking for a HSE Lead to work on operational safety, site strategy and the management of their HSE/HSEQ systems.

SALARY: €70,000 - €80,000 + package

CONTRACT: Full-Time / Permanent

LOCATION: Near Eindhoven

 

Specification

- HSE/HSSE/HSEQ/QHSE technical background with relevant certification

- MVK certification

- Ideally experience working on operational process plants – chemical, energy, manufacturing

- Knowledge of safety HSE/QMS management systems

- Clear understanding of behaviour-based safety management

- Excellent English language skills

- Dutch language skills are also very beneficial

The roles requires a HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) Lead to join them on manufacturing plant. This is a major international client, so you will be managing safety onsite, dealing with local teams, and delivering international safety procedures.

Week 1 is a series of remote sessions to learn all things systems, followed by a 1 week academy process which is a mixture of classroom and deskside this will be in one of our UK offices and usually consists of 3-8 other consultants all starting their journey together.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
