Health Safety Environment Coordinator

We are looking for an SHEQ Coordinator to join my SEVESO client in the chemical manufacturing sector in North Brabant. They are a family owned company that has grown to become a global entity whilst keeping their familial roots! They are hoping for someone to bring their SHEQ up to scratch and join their team in Q3/4 2025.

You will be the senior SHEQ person onsite where you will also guide and mentor a junior SHEQ coordinator. They will do the operational HSEQ whilst you take the higher view.

TITLE: SHEQ Senior Coordinator

START: August OR September

LOCATION: North Brabant, Netherlands

SALARY: 5000 - 6500 a month + car + package

You will need:

  • MVK or HVK
  • 4+ years HSEQ experience
  • Dutch native and English fluency

Academy:
Week 1 is a series of remote sessions to learn all things systems, followed by a 1 week academy process which is a mixture of classroom and deskside this will be in one of our UK offices and usually consists of 3-8 other consultants all starting their journey together.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
