HSE Coordinator

Our client is searching for a HSE Coordinator to join their team on their pharmaceutical manufacturing expansion project located in the Randstad. This role will focus on ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance / standards throughout the duration of the project. The contract is for 1 years, with a commitment of 40 hours per week.

 

START: November 2025

LOCATION: Randstad, Netherlands

DURATION: 1 Years

 You will be responsible for overseeing contractor safety as well as other HSE protocols on my client project, for example, ensuring all safety measures and environmental regulations are adhered to. This includes conducting risk assessments, investigation analysis / reports, managing safety procedures, and fostering a culture of safety on the project.

 

Specification:

  • At least 5+ years' experience as an HSE Coordinator or in a similar HSE role
  • Experience working on large-scale projects, preferably within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector
  • In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, especially in relation to cleanroom environments and chemical handling
  • Strong understanding of risk assessment processes and safety management systems
  • HSE certifications and qualifications (e.g., MVK or HVK, or equivalent)

 

The role will involve:

  • Developing and implementing HSE plans and procedures for the pharmaceutical manufacturing project
  • Conducting regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSE regulations
  • Managing incident investigations and reporting, implementing corrective actions as necessary
  • Providing HSE training and support to project personnel
  • Collaborating with project managers and contractors to address and resolve HSE issues
