g2 are currently searching for a HSE Manager!

This role is for an experienced HSEQ Manager to work on a freelance contract for a client within the offshore industry. Offshore projects preparation, operation support, HSEQ system management and support through the ISO accreditation process.

The client has a specific requirement for the HSEQ consultant to work on writing procedures, checking compliance and adherence to ISO standards, in preparation to go through the auditing process to again ISO accreditation.

The second part of the role would be to manage the HSEQ coordination for all active operations and projects, covering KPI tracking, carrying out risk assessment, investigations, attending mobilisation and de-mobilisation (in harbour) for all offshore works.

This is primarily an office based role, the client is based in North holland, close to Haarlem. They work four days in the office with a day from home each week.

THE CLIENT WILL CONSIDER LONG TERM FREELANCE PROFESSIONALS – THEY ALSO HAVE A PERMANENT ROLE

Specification:

· 5-10+ Years’ experience in HSE Manager/EHS Coordinator roles

· MVK/HVK/IOSH/NEBOSH Safety Degree or similar certification

· Offshore projects experience – EPC, EPIC, O&M and IRM are all applicable

· HSE Procedure witing or procedure checking experience – ISO standards

· Ideally experience taking a client though ISO standard accreditation

· Ideally experience with offshore EPC, Service or Developer companies

· Knowledge of ISO standards (14001, 45001, 9001 etc..)

· Dutch speaking is beneficial, English is essential
