HSE Manager · On-Site

We are currently supporting a Netherlands based, civil engineering contractor working on a variety of civils packages for various industries, including the energy space and data centre projects, including substations.
The client is looking for a HSE manager to join their site team immediately to support their delivery of a heavy civils package for a data centre construction project. They carry out CSA packages, specifically formworks, groundworks, enabling packages and concrete pours.
The client is particularly interested in hands on HSE manager to join their team to monitor safety across multiple projects in the Netherlands, including sites in Groningen and Amsterdam that you would be required to visit.
Role details:
-Based in office in Amsterdam with site visits across the Netherlands
-English speaking is essential, dutch is highly desirable
-Permanent annual salary plus package available
-All qualifications are welcome ,HVK/MVH/NEBOSH/IOSH
-Civils background, my client is especially interested in speaking with people who have worked for civils contractors, concrete packages etc

Our Three Pillars of Training

Academy:
Week 1 is a series of remote sessions to learn all things systems, followed by a 1 week academy process which is a mixture of classroom and deskside this will be in one of our UK offices and usually consists of 3-8 other consultants all starting their journey together.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
