HVAC Supervisor - Data Centre Construction
Location: Frankfurt, Germany
Duration: 12 months (Extension likely up to 3 Years)
Working Pattern: Hybrid
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to join a high-profile data centre construction project in Frankfurt. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of one of Germany's most strategic and technically advanced developments.
You'll be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, supporting the delivery of a complex build with a contract value exceeding €150 million.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all HVAC installation activities onsite, ensuring alignment with project schedules, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with MEP teams, subcontractors, and the main contractor to ensure smooth integration of HVAC systems into the overall build.
- Monitor quality, compliance, and performance of HVAC works, flagging and resolving issues proactively.
- Ensure that all works are completed in line with local building codes and industry regulations.
- Provide regular progress updates to project management and contribute to planning and sequencing of HVAC phases.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience supervising HVAC works on large-scale construction projects (ideally data centres or projects valued over €150 million).
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, installation methods, and commissioning processes.
- Proven leadership and coordination skills in a high-pressure environment.
- Fluent in German and English - essential for effective communication with teams and authorities.
- Highly organised, safety-focused, and able to manage multiple work streams concurrently.
