HVAC Supervisor

HVAC Supervisor - Data Centre Construction

Location: Frankfurt, Germany

Duration: 12 months (Extension likely up to 3 Years)

Working Pattern: Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to join a high-profile data centre construction project in Frankfurt. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of one of Germany's most strategic and technically advanced developments.

You'll be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, supporting the delivery of a complex build with a contract value exceeding €150 million.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all HVAC installation activities onsite, ensuring alignment with project schedules, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with MEP teams, subcontractors, and the main contractor to ensure smooth integration of HVAC systems into the overall build.
  • Monitor quality, compliance, and performance of HVAC works, flagging and resolving issues proactively.
  • Ensure that all works are completed in line with local building codes and industry regulations.
  • Provide regular progress updates to project management and contribute to planning and sequencing of HVAC phases.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience supervising HVAC works on large-scale construction projects (ideally data centres or projects valued over €150 million).
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, installation methods, and commissioning processes.
  • Proven leadership and coordination skills in a high-pressure environment.
  • Fluent in German and English - essential for effective communication with teams and authorities.
  • Highly organised, safety-focused, and able to manage multiple work streams concurrently.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
