Junior Recruiter (English Speaking) – Munich

g2 Recruitment GmbH is expanding its team in Munich, and we’re looking for ambitious individuals to grow with us. We specialise in connecting skilled Engineers and Developers with leading companies across Germany and Europe in sectors such as Industrial Automation, Automotive, Renewable Energy, and Semiconductors.

 

What We Offer

  • Competitive starting salary: €34,000 (no degree), €35,000 (Bachelor’s), €37,000 (Bachelor’s + B2-level German)
  • Uncapped commission structure: OTE Year 1: €50K–€55K, Year 2: €70K–€80K, Year 3: €90K–€100K

Your Role

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both clients and candidates: from taking job briefings to delivering interview feedback, ensuring a smooth and professional process.
  • Proactively generate new business using a variety of sales and business development techniques to identify, engage, and win new clients with tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Source, qualify, and present candidates to clients across the DACH region, ensuring a strong match for both technical and cultural requirements.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates within your specialist vertical market, fostering trust and repeat business.
  • Work within established sectors such as Industrial Automation, Automotive, Renewables, and Semiconductors, while also exploring new market opportunities.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent English speaker (essential – our Munich office operates in English)
  • German language skills are a plus, but not essential
  • No recruitment experience required – full training provided
  • Strong communicator with a proactive, sales-oriented mindset
  • Ambitious, resilient, and eager to learn
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by success
  • Must have the right to work in Germany (we cannot provide visa sponsorship for non-EU citizens)
  • Based in Munich or planning to relocate (within 40 minutes of Werksviertel)

Our Three Pillars of Training

Academy:
Week 1 is a series of remote sessions to learn all things systems, followed by a 1 week academy process which is a mixture of classroom and deskside this will be in one of our UK offices and usually consists of 3-8 other consultants all starting their journey together.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.

Kane joined g2 in April 2023 as an Academy & Systems Trainer.

His role involves teaching the consultants that are new to the company the foundations of recruitment and our systems before then helping them to upskill in areas specific to each consultant. Working closely with different consultants and watching them implement the feedback, apply it, and then benefit off the back of it.
