Role Overview
As a Lead Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for the electrical design and implementation of an onshore wind project in Baden-Württemberg. This is a fully on-site role, requiring close collaboration with project teams and hands-on involvement in technical activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead electrical design and integration for onshore wind turbines and associated infrastructure.
- Oversee high-voltage systems, substations, and grid connection.
- Ensure compliance with German and international standards (VDE, IEC).
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders on-site.
- Provide technical expertise on automation, switchgear, and protection systems.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and German (mandatory).
- Proven experience in onshore wind projects and HV electrical systems.
- Expertise in electrical power distribution, substations, and grid integration.
- Strong knowledge of German technical standards.
- Ability to work on-site in Baden-Württemberg throughout the project duration.
