Lead Process Engineer · On-site

Lead/Head Process Engineer Role

Our client are looking for an engineer from a process/chemical background to assist them with their cutting-edge H2 and Petrochemical Plant construction projects across Germany.

They work with Chlor-alkali, Power to X and Green Hydrogen projects and are committed to ensuring their projects are delivered to an excellent standard.

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the key process engineering of the projects under construction, specifically within plant construction
  • Create accurate process flow diagrams throughout key projects
  • Co-ordinate all the key technical aspects of the project, answering key questions, leading up to the commissioning phase of the plants
  • Perform process engineering calculations (mass energy balances, calculations of key machines & apparatus)
  • Formulate data sheets & specifications for machines & package units

Experience:

  • 10 + years' of relevant industry experience
  • Strong knowledge of design and simulation processes with plants and equipment
  • Fluent in German & Professional level of English
  • Relevant degree in field of chemical engineering, environmental/energy technology, technical chemistry, process engineering etc.

These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
