Lead Scheduler – Pharmaceutical Construction

Our client are working on the mechanical and piping installations for a large scale semiconductor project in Frankfurt, they are looking for a lead scheduler for this project.

Position: Lead Scheduler

Location: Frankfurt

Contract: 12 Months - Extendable

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize production schedules based on demand and capacity.
  • Coordinate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely material procurement.
  • Track and report production progress, addressing delays or issues.
  • Schedule maintenance and downtime to minimize disruptions.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records and provide reports.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-3 years in production scheduling, preferably in semiconductor or manufacturing.
  • Skills: Familiarity MS Projects, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred: Experience in pharmaceutical, renewable or hyperscale projects.
  • Languages: English and German (preferred)

Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
