g2 are currently looking for a Logistics Manager to join them, on a permanent basis, based in North Netherlands, Groningen region.

The client is looking for a Logistics Manager who will be managing ongoing operations on a construction site, ideally with an operational or construction background to join them on their site in Groningen.

The client requires a Logistics Manager who has an understanding of site operations for a construction site, happy with anyone who has ideally worked on a site from breaking ground, through setting up site infrastructure to the ongoing operations whilst construction continues.

 

LOCATION: Groningen, North Netherlands region.

START: ASAP

SALARY: €75,000 - €95,000 + Package

 

Logistics Manager – Construction Operations Supervisor – Work Package Supervisor

  • 5+ years’ experience with construction projects
  • Experience working on data centres
  • Knowledge of set up construction sites, site infrastructure or logistics
  • Working history for a main contractor, sub-contractor considered
  • Knowledge of operational site requirements, work permits, RAMS, risk assessment
  • Ability to Supervise teams of site-based workers, technicians, site engineers
  • English speaking

The role would be for you to work as a technical Logistics Manager, construction or operations biased, this is for an operational site. The role would be to manage the ongoing operations of a construction site, infrastructure or site logistics.

Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
