g2 Recruitment are currently looking for an MES Maintenance Engineer to join my client in South Holland. The client is looking for a Permanent candidate to work supporting their production projects within the FMCG industry.

The client has a role for a MES Maintenance Engineer to join them and take part in continuous improvement and process optimisation of their production. Any candidates with a background in MES and AVEVA systems platform would be interesting for them.

Any candidates with a background in Software, PLS, MES or Maintenance for production facilities would be highly interesting for them.

START: ASAP (October, November, December 2025)

MES Maintenance Project Engineer

Essential Skills:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in industrial Automation, Mechatronics, Logistics Engineering, Business Administration (or similar)
  • 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer or in a similar position, with a proven track record in continuous improvement/process improvement for projects.
  • Independent, result-oriented and systematic
  • Fluent in English, B1 level Dutch (and showing a willingness to learn)
  • Affinity with IT, both hardware and software, and the willingness to learn

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
