Mechanical Engineer

G2 have an incredibly exciting opportunity within the MANUFACTURING industry!

A client is in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Permanent Mechanical Engineer , joining their pay-roll within The Netherlands, Winterswijk.

The company is a hugely successful manufacturing company which operates globally. The performance of the client is reflected in the package and salary for this particular vacancy.

You will be working out off their office based in Winterswijk where they have an opportunity for mechanical engineers to join, working on the design off both individual machines and entire process lines.

They are specifically looking for a Mechanical Engineer, degree qualified , with experience in cad software's as well as experience in milling and turning.

Project management experience would be beneficial.

Any candidates who have worked in the manufacturing sector, particularly the mould side due to its similarities with their niche manufacturing plant in Gelderland, would be interesting for the client.

Salary: €4,000-€6,000 per month (+ bonus, holidays, pension)

Location: Winterswijk, Netherlands

Start: September , October , November 2025

Our Three Pillars of Training

Academy:
Week 1 is a series of remote sessions to learn all things systems, followed by a 1 week academy process which is a mixture of classroom and deskside this will be in one of our UK offices and usually consists of 3-8 other consultants all starting their journey together.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.

His role involves teaching the consultants that are new to the company the foundations of recruitment and our systems before then helping them to upskill in areas specific to each consultant.
