We're looking for someone with strong SAP experience, proven planning & scheduling expertise, and to support critical offshore and onshore maintenance/operational activities for a leading client of ours as a Planner.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading organisation and play a key role in supporting offshore operations.
Experience:
- 5+ years maintenance in the oil & gas production platform area. Preferable offshore Oil & Gas production.
- Documented experience in SAP for maintenance. Preferably from TotalEnergies
Responsible:
- Planning and scheduling work orders in SAP and external tools for the 2- and 5-week scope and the 4 months look ahead, taking into account materials, resource and external supplier readiness.
Main functions:
- Respect all processes and procedures in place (GMC and TotalEnergies DK)
- Contribute to ensuring adherence to GMC scope of services, KPI’s, preparations and Backlog Control Planning
- Ensuring planned jobs are accurately resourced, all materials, tools, and services are identified and pre-planned in CMIMS/SAP for execution at site and work location.
- Ensuring allocation of resources for the execution of planned jobs
- Coordinate meetings with offshore stakeholders for review of draft plan, follow up on site feedbacks and make necessary adjustment before plan is frozen for offshore execution.
- Follow up with offshore to ensure clean-up on SAP, of all planned and completed jobs.
- Ensure 2 weeks is following the principal schedule, taking into account Vital equipment list, Smart Room request, Team Lead and offshore request
- Communication with onshore material coordinators (GMC & TEPDK) regarding shipping of materials and create break-ins as required.
