Process Engineer · Hybrid
Process engineer, chemical engineering background, to join our client working on FMCG projects. The client is specifically looking for an engineer who has experience with FMCG type process lines, covering line cleaning and chemical processes to clean lines.
The ideal candidate will have experience covering FMCG (Food, Dairy, Beverage all feasible) projects, ideally identifying chemical processes used for industrial or commercial cleaning for food or beverage product manufacturing lines.
This is a primarily remote working role, the work can be done from home with visits to site based near to Amsterdam.
START: ASAP
LOCATION: Hybrid – Home based working with trips to site in Amsterdam
DURATION: 3 Month Rolling contract – expected ad hoc support for 3-6 months following project
Process Engineer – FMCG – Food, Beverage, Dairy - Solenoids Cleaning
Specification:
- Process/Chemical Engineer background
- 5+ Years of technical projects experience – ideally FMCG, water treatment, cleaning processes
- Understanding of cleaning processes involving removing bacteria, enzymes, proteins
- Ability to work from a home-based office with trips to site as required
- Solenoids chemical process experience, process engineering or analyst
- Experience working with engineering and R&D teams
- Process optimisation, process analytics experience is very beneficial
- Any experience dealing with a supply chain/suppliers covering in pipe cleaning is very beneficial
The client is in the process of bringing a new manufacturing line/process to market, they will be using a self-cleaning method for the lines and you will be involved in the engineering and analyses work, confirming the correct chemical processes for cleaning within an FMCG (beverage) process, inclusive of supplier selection, process optimisation and support the client brining the product to market.
