Production Line Manager

Production Line Manager Opportunity - Permanent.

G2 are looking for a Production Line Manager to join my client in the production, FMCG and packaging industry. You will ideally have a background in working on production lines at a fast-paced environment for the packaging FMCG.

This role would be open for an enthusiastic manager with a working history on live manufacturing or production sites, with a proven track-record and the ambition to develop within a fast pacing growing company. The role

The successful candidate would work onsite as a Production Line Manager at the client's manufacturing plant located in North Brabant.

The client has said that they are looking for candidates that have experience managing large teams, therefore leadership skills and the ability to continuously improve are important. The management team has lots of room for growth.

START: September, October, November 2025

SALARY: €5,000-€6,000 per month + fantastic package (8% holiday allowance, bonus scheme, 25+13ADV days)

LOCATION: North Brabant, Netherlands

LANGUAGE: English

Specification:

  • Management or supervision experience on a live production plant
  • Technical background focused on engineering, manufacturing or production
  • 3-5 Years experience in managerial/supervisory type roles
  • Knowledge of FMCG, industrial manufacturing or continuous production lines
  • Experience in a live production environment, live production plant or managing technical teams
  • Good English language skills - Dutch is very beneficial

Week 1 is a series of remote sessions to learn all things systems, followed by a 1 week academy process which is a mixture of classroom and deskside this will be in one of our UK offices and usually consists of 3-8 other consultants all starting their journey together.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
