Production Shift Leader · On-site

We are currently looking for a Production Shift Leader to work on a permanent basis for my client within the manufacturing/production industry. The client has a specific requirement for a Production Shift Leader to work on-site in Eindhoven, providing strong leadership and management within the production environment.

 

The client requires the Production Shift Leader to join their team to lead and coordinate production operations, manage operators during shifts, ensure safety, quality and efficiency targets are met, and support continuous improvement across the production lines.

 

START: 2026

LOCATION: Eindhoven

CONTRACT: Permanent

SALARY: €4300 - €4,800 gross per month

 

Working hours:

  • 8.5 hours per day
  • Average 33.6 hours per week
  • 6 days on / 4 days off shift pattern
  • 07:00 am – 15:00 pm (2 shifts)
  • 15:00 pm – 23:00 pm (2 shifts)
  • 23:00 pm – 07:00 am (2 shifts)
  • Followed by 4 days off

 

Specification:

  • HBO / MBO level education
  • Proven production leadership / management experience
  • Operator A or Operator B
  • Background in Mechatronics, Electrical or Mechanical engineering
  • Strong understanding of production processes and team coordination
  • Dutch and English professional language skills

These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
