The client is looking for any applicant with a relevant background in Asset Management OR Project Management within the heating industry. They are looking for a local candidate who is able to manage, supervise and maintain their current portfolio of assets within the heating industry.

Asset Manager/Project Manager - Permanent - Dutch Speaking - Hybrid

Start: July, August, September 2025

Salary: €4,000-€6,500 per month + package (including up to 40 days holiday, 8 holiday allowance, company car)

Location: South Holland, Netherlands

Dutch speaking - Essential skill

Essential skills:

· 5+ years' experience working in asset management positions

· Experience working in the renewable energy industry

· Technical engineering background, ideally electrical, hydraulics or mechanical

· Ability to maintain and monitor projects

· Engineering degree, diploma or similar required

· Dutch speaking

The Asset Manager will be responsible for maintaining and managing a portfolio of assets within the renewable and heating industries. They will have a helicopter view of a portfolio of assets at one time.

Academy:
Week 1 is a series of remote sessions to learn all things systems, followed by a 1 week academy process which is a mixture of classroom and deskside this will be in one of our UK offices and usually consists of 3-8 other consultants all starting their journey together.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
