Job Title: Project Manager - Data Centers - Norwegian Speaking
We are working with a Market-Leading Norwegian Data Center client looking for strong Norwegian Project Managers to join their team for the construction of their upcoming and ongoing Hyperscale projects across Norway.
About the Role
As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of mission-critical projects such as data centers and substations on behalf of the owner. You’ll serve as the central point of contact, coordinating multidisciplinary teams including engineering, commissioning, and specialist contractors to ensure reliable, secure, and high-performance delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver projects in line with PRINCE2 methodology and internal governance processes
- Ensure compliance with HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment & Quality), cost, and schedule requirements
- Coordinate internal teams, external suppliers, consultants, and contractors
- Manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle
- Report progress, budgets, and risks to Project DIrector
Who We’re Looking For
- Fluent in Norwegian is essential
- Proven experience managing construction or infrastructure projects (data centers, office buildings, or similar technical environments preferred)
- Strong understanding of the client/owner role in turnkey projects
- Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders and communicating effectively across all levels
- Passion for delivering high-quality, sustainable, and future-ready projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- PRINCE2 certification (or equivalent)
- Experience with green building standards is a plus
- Fluency in Norwegian, strong communication in English
