Project Manager · On-Site

g2 Recruitments' client is currently looking for Project Managers/Senior Project Managers to join them on a heavy civils project; the specific requirement is to join them on a freelance or permanent basis to be based in Amsterdam in the Netherlands.

The client is working on a unit rate type contract, and you would be working with the Civil Construction Company. The company requires someone to be based from their head office in Amsterdam full time.

They are currently working on a number of data centre scopes, civil engineering packages, substation construction projects and act as a civils contractor/sub contractor for projects across Europe.

START: ASAP

LOCATION: Amsterdam

DURATION: 12 Months rolling or permanent

Rates: Permanent (yearly salary plus package) or hourly/daily

 

Project Managers:

Experience as a hands on project manager in civil construction

Previous experience in Heavy Civils Projects

Experience working for a contractor/sub contractor

Available to start immediately, for permanent roles my client has advised they can consider people with a notice period

Dutch speaking is essential, as well as english

Ability to travel to sites across the Netherlands

Academy:
Week 1 is a series of remote sessions to learn all things systems, followed by a 1 week academy process which is a mixture of classroom and deskside this will be in one of our UK offices and usually consists of 3-8 other consultants all starting their journey together.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
