Project Manager
Our client are looking for an experienced Project Manager to help them deliver high-quality engineering solutions to some of the most prominent EPC contractors across the world, as well as a range of broader engineering services to key end clients.
They operate across the renewable, oil & gas, energy and hydrogen sectors. As a Project Manager, the role involves leading complex projects throughout these industries, typically valued between €400,000 and €20 million.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Execution: Oversee and manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on-time and within budget
- Develop and execute project plans, comprised of budgets, timelines, and the allocation of key resources at different project stages
- Be the primary point of contact for the customers (EPC Contractors & key end clients)
- Compose strategies to mitigate potential risk of project delay, setback or alterations.
- Work closely with the procurement, engineering and production teams to ensure project goals are followed
- Ensure that projects adhere to contractual obligations by adhering to the industry standards, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in project management, preferably in the oil & gas/energy sector, with full project lifecycle experience
- Familiarity with project execution and experience across oil & gas and renewable energy sectors
- Strong understanding of engineering processes, manufacturing workflows, and regulatory standards.
- Communication: Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus but not essential
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SAP,) and methodologies (e.g., PMI).
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
