Project Manager

We are working with a design and construction EPC company who are looking for a Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis in South Holland, Netherlands.

The company works on constructing and maintaining storage tanks for the engineering industry in the Netherlands.

They are looking for a Project Manager who has experience delivering projects through design, fabrication and instillation of above ground storage tanks.

START: September, October, November 2025

SALARY: €80,000-€90,000 per annum + 8% holiday allowance + great package (company car, pension scheme, holidays, bonus)

LOCATION: South Holland, Netherlands

The client is particularly interested in candidates with experience as an Engineering or Projects Manager, covering design and construction for the tank industry in Europe.

Project Manager

  • Has 5+ years experience working as a Project Manager
  • Technical background (Mechanical, Civil, Chemical)
  • Experience working with tanks, designs and construction (preferably EPC)
  • Ability to manage a team of technical engineers
  • Ability to manage budget, time, quality of a projects from cradle to grave (full project lifecycle)
  • Dutch and English speaking
  • Living locally

Academy:
Week 1 is a series of remote sessions to learn all things systems, followed by a 1 week academy process which is a mixture of classroom and deskside this will be in one of our UK offices and usually consists of 3-8 other consultants all starting their journey together.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
