Project Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of cutting-edge EV charging infrastructure projects across the France. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in electrical design, high voltage systems, and a passion for sustainable transport solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of EV charging infrastructure projects
  • Oversee electrical design, installation, and commissioning of high voltage systems
  • Coordinate with DNOs, contractors, and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with the France electrical regulations and safety standards
  • Track project milestones, budgets, and risks
  • Prepare technical documentation and client reports

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in electrical or energy infrastructure
  • Strong knowledge of electrical design, HV systems, and EVSE technologies
  • Familiarity with OCPP, AC/DC charging, and grid connections
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
  • Understanding of UK regulations (BS7671, CDM, Grid Code)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Our Three Pillars of Training

Academy:
Week 1 is a series of remote sessions to learn all things systems, followed by a 1 week academy process which is a mixture of classroom and deskside this will be in one of our UK offices and usually consists of 3-8 other consultants all starting their journey together.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
