We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major hyperscale data centre campus in Wustermark, Brandenburg. This role involves managing all phases of construction and commissioning for a 300 MW facility, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and sustainability standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for multi-phase construction.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
- Oversee compliance with German building regulations and sustainability standards.
- Manage risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior stakeholders and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental requirements.
Essential Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale construction projects, preferably data centres or critical infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, power distribution, and cooling technologies.
- Proven ability to manage multi-million-euro budgets and complex stakeholder environments.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills; fluent in English (German is a plus).
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with hyperscale data centre design standards.
- Experience with sustainability certifications (e.g., LEED).
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera).
