The Role
We are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) – Construction Projects to manage and coordinate new site developments within a fast-growing organization. You will be responsible for delivering construction projects end-to-end, ensuring cost, schedule, and quality targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate construction projects from planning through completion
- Oversee cost control, scheduling, and quality management
- Coordinate contractors, architects, planners, and external service providers
- Manage permits, approvals, and communication with local authorities
- Monitor project risks and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards
- Prepare project documentation, reporting, and status updates
Your Profile
- 3–7 years of experience in construction or real estate project management
- Proven experience delivering new build or development projects
- Strong understanding of construction processes and site operations
- Experience working with contractors, architects, and public authorities
- Structured, hands-on, and solution-oriented working style
Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Solid knowledge of German construction regulations and permitting processes
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Excel; BIM is a plus)
- Fluent German (required); English skills are a strong advantage
