We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage all phases of a major onshore wind farm project in Germany. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and technical skills to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule, while meeting safety and environmental standards.

Duration: 24–30 months (completion by 2027)

Day Rate: €1,200 – €1,600 per day (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project execution strategy, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction activities for wind turbines and infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, German permitting regulations, and HSE standards.
- Manage project documentation (progress reports, risk registers, commissioning certificates).
- Lead multidisciplinary teams; allocate resources effectively.
- Conduct risk assessments and enforce HSE protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee contractor performance and resolve technical and contractual issues promptly.
- Report progress to senior management and stakeholders.
Essential Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or Project Management (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in wind energy or large-scale renewable projects.
- Strong knowledge of onshore wind technologies and German grid connection requirements.
- Proven track record in budget management and project delivery.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills; fluent in English (German is a plus).
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
- SCC certificate and HSE training mandatory.
