Job Title: Site Manager – Hamburg (Concrete & Steel, Power Plant Experience Preferred)

Location: Hamburg, Germany

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager in Hamburg to lead on-site construction activities with a focus on concrete and steel works. The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale industrial projects, preferably within the power generation sector.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all on-site construction activities for concrete and steel structures.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to optimize workflow and project efficiency.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and project specifications.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to project leadership on site performance and milestones.

Your Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on concrete and steel construction projects.
  • Experience in power plant or heavy industrial projects is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project logistics.
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).

These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
