Location: Manchester (Hybrid - 2 days per week in office)
Contract: 6-12 Month Contract (Opportunity for extension or permanent position)
Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience
About the Role:
We are currently working with a leading Manchester-based architectural practice who are seeking a Project Running Architectural Technologist to join their team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong individual to contribute to the successful delivery of a range of projects, with a particular emphasis on healthcare schemes.
The role will suit someone with a strong understanding of technical design and construction, capable of taking projects through later RIBA stages and working autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the technical delivery of projects from RIBA Stage 4 onwards

Produce and coordinate detailed construction drawings and technical packages

Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure compliance with current regulations and standards

Resolve technical issues and contribute to problem-solving on-site and in the office

Ensure high standards of documentation and technical output

Coordinate with internal design teams to maintain consistency and efficiency
Requirements:

Proficiency in Revit and strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations

Demonstrable experience in project delivery and technical detailing

Prior experience in healthcare projects is desirable but not essential

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively

Excellent communication and coordination skills
