About the Project
We are delivering a major hyperscale data centre project in Paris and are seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our project delivery team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in planning and controlling one of the region’s most significant technical construction projects.
Role Overview
As the Project Scheduler, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and monitoring detailed project schedules to ensure the programme stays on track. You will work closely with project managers, construction teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders to provide reliable, accurate planning data and drive programme performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the master project schedule from concept through commissioning
- Produce detailed construction schedules, including phased work, sequencing, and resource loading
- Track progress, analyse variances, and update timelines to reflect actual site conditions
- Identify critical path activities and propose mitigation strategies
- Prepare weekly and monthly schedule reports for internal and client review
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure schedule alignment
- Support risk identification and contribute to schedule risk analysis
- Maintain version control and proper schedule documentation
- Attend project meetings and present schedule updates to senior stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scheduler/Planner on large‑scale construction projects
- Experience within data centres, mission‑critical environments, or high‑tech infrastructure strongly preferred
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 (essential); MS Project a plus
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing, MEP systems, and commissioning workflows
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- Fluent in English; Professional French
- Ability to work on‑site in Paris as required
