Quality Assurance Specialist · On-Site

g2 Recruitment are currently looking for a QA Specialist to join a client on a permanent basis, based in Friesland, Netherlands.

The client is a food manufacturer seeking a quality professional with a strong background in food safety, quality assurance, and compliance within a production environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business and play a key role in maintaining and improving quality standards across the site.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting quality management systems, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, handling audits and customer requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.

LOCATION – Friesland, Netherlands

CONTRACT – Permanent

HOURS – Full-Time (40 hours per week)

SALARY – €4000 - €6000 per month + Package

Profile

  • 2+ years of Quality Assurance experience within the production industry (food industry highly preferred)
  • Quality Control experience is highly beneficial
  • Professional Dutch and English required
  • German language skills are highly beneficial
  • Located within 1 hour from site, willing to commute to site every day.

Please note: The client will not consider non-Dutch speakers.

Our Three Pillars of Training

Academy:
Week 1 is a series of remote sessions to learn all things systems, followed by a 1 week academy process which is a mixture of classroom and deskside this will be in one of our UK offices and usually consists of 3-8 other consultants all starting their journey together.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.

His role involves teaching the consultants that are new to the company the foundations of recruitment and our systems before then helping them to upskill in areas specific to each consultant.
