Quality Engineer · On-Site

g2 Recruitment are currently supporting a client looking for an experienced Mechanical Quality Engineer for an 12-18 month contract in Copenhagen region.

You will be working on a Large scale pharmaceutical project, supporting a contractor working on a piping and mechanical package. This role is for a Mechanical Subcontractor working for a Contractor. The main activities of the client are Mechanical Piping, designing of packages and both the installation and fabrication. The client works across projects in the Pharmaceutical, Oil and Gas, Semi-Conductor and Data Centre Market.

The client is especially interested to interview project managers with experience handling mechanical packages, including piping scopes. They are also particularly interested in speaking with people with mechanical contractor experience.

Skills:

  • Mechanical/Piping background
  • 10+ years in the construction industry
  • 5+ years experience in project management
  • Experience with piping packages, P+ID'S, walkdowns, inspections and documentation
  • Process industry experience – chemical, pharma, power, petrochemical
  • Onsite work experience for contractor or sub-contractor
  • Happy to be based in Denmark for 12-18 months (with rotation)
  • English Speaking

Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
