Quality Manager – Construction Project
Permanent full-time position - competitive salary (EU Nationals Only).

An international construction contractor delivering complex, fast-paced projects across Northern Europe is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join a high-performing project team.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with blue-chip clients and technical teams, ensuring the highest quality standards are achieved throughout project delivery.
The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Quality Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining compliance with the project Quality Management System (QMS), preparing all quality documentation, and leading inspections across all quality control points during execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with the project Quality Management System (QMS)
- Prepare and manage site-specific Quality Management Plans (QMPs)
- Lead and coordinate all quality inspections, audits, and hold points on site
- Liaise directly with client quality teams and design consultants
- Manage non-conformances through to close-out
- Develop and maintain Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) for work packages
- Carry out material inspections upon delivery to site
- Lead walkdowns, inspections, and area turnovers
- Chair weekly quality meetings with subcontractors
- Issue clear and timely quality reports to the project team
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ site-based quality management experience on large-scale construction or engineering projects
- Strong hands-on, site-based background
