Are you an experienced HSEQ professional looking to make a real impact in the manufacturing sector?

The client is a manufacturing plant operator, and they are working on the operational safety, maintenance and the management of their HSE/HSEQ systems.

The roles requires a HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) Manager to join them on a operational manufacturing plant. This is a major international client, so you will be managing safety onsite, dealing with local teams, and delivering international safety procedures.

START: January

SALARY: €5,500 - €6,500 Euros per month + 8% + package

LOCATION: Eindhoven, Netherlands – South East Netherlands

Specification:

- HSE/HSSE/HSEQ/QHSE technical background with relevant certification

- MVK, PA2, NEBOSH or similar certification

- Ideally experience working on operational process plants – chemical, energy, manufacturing

- Knowledge of safety HSE/QMS management systems

- Clear understanding of behaviour-based safety management

- Excellent English language skills

- Dutch language skills are also very beneficial

The client has the opportunity for the successful HSE Manager to join them in Q4 2025, they would be happy for the successful candidate to mobilise at your earliest convenience. Interviewing in September and October.

The role requires a strong HSE Advisor or HSE Manager who is confident in advising operational, maintenance and site based staff on health, safety and environmental issues. This client will pay for MVK training if absent and accommodate further training in the future.

These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
