g2 Recruitment GmbH is seeking multiple Recruitment Consultants to join our rapidly expanding Cologne office. We partner with SMEs and large multi-national companies across key industries such as Industrial Automation, Automotive, Renewables, and Semiconductors, supplying skilled Engineers and Developers throughout Germany. We’re looking for ambitious university graduates with a passion for sales, business, and a growth mindset eager to build a rewarding career in recruitment.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from taking job briefs to delivering interview feedback to candidates.
• Employ diverse business development techniques to identify and engage new clients within your market.
• Source, identify, and qualify candidates to present to clients effectively.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates, developing expertise within your vertical market.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to share market knowledge and support overall team and office objectives.
• Work within established sectors such as Industrial Automation, Automotive, Renewables, and Semiconductors, while identifying opportunities to expand our market footprint.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• Clear motivation aligned with a target-driven, meritocratic environment.
• Interest in a sales-focused role; previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Solutions-oriented, resilient mindset with the ability to think quickly and laterally in a fast-paced office.
• Competitive background through sport, business, or university activities.
• Precise and direct communication skills.
• Willingness to work full-time from our Cologne office.
• Must live in or be in the process of relocating to Cologne.
• Must be within a 40-minute door-to-door commute to the office.
• Right to work in Germany (please note g2 Recruitment cannot provide visa sponsorship for non-EU citizens).
• Fluency in German is desirable but not mandatory, however fluent English is a must.
