The client works in the manufacturing industry and works as a global player in building materials, operating in over 30 regions such as the US, Netherlands, UK, Germany and Asia.

Responsibilities:
As Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of production equipment, systems, and processes within the company.
The Reliability Engineer will identify and manage asset reliability risks that could affect plant or business operations.
Candidates who have experience working as a reliability, asset or maintenance engineer would be suited for this role.
The position reports to the Maintenance Leader.
Core activities:
- Safety responsibilities
- Executing Plant Reliability Strategy
- Participation in Planned Maintenance (TPM/PM)
- Plant/division Learnings (driving alignment between all plant departments)
- Communication
Essential Job Requirements
- 3-5 years' reliability engineering experience in a manufacturing environment;
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (mechanical, industrial etc)
- Experience using (SAP PM) and Microsoft Office tools;
- Experience in RCA, ECR, FMEA, Pareto analysis, BDA’s
- Fluent Dutch and English.
