Reliability Engineer – Gelderland – Permanent Contract

START: February/March 2026

LOCATION: Gelderland Province, the Netherlands

SALARY: €7500-8000 per month + package & bonus

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Reliability Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in a Reliability or Maintenance Engineering role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong practical knowledge of reliability engineering tools and methodologies.
  • Experience working with CMMS / EAM systems.
  • Ability to analyse complex data and translate insight into practical solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Desirable

  • Experience in asset-intensive sectors (e.g. chemicals, food & beverage, metals, energy, or heavy manufacturing).

A client is searching for a Reliability Engineer to join my client in Gelderland on a permanent contract in the industrial Manufacturing Industry.

Ideally, the client is looking for a fluent Dutch-speaking Reliability Engineer with experience in improving reliability in production assets.

The role would be based on-site on their Industrial Manufacturing Facility 40 hours a week, 5 days a week. You'd report into the Site Director and Engineering Manager.

Week 1 is a series of remote sessions to learn all things systems, followed by a 1 week academy process which is a mixture of classroom and deskside this will be in one of our UK offices and usually consists of 3-8 other consultants all starting their journey together.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
