HV Electrical Engineer – Infrastructure Project

Contract: 12 Months | Start: Immediate

We are currently supporting an urgent requirement for an experienced HV Electrical Engineer to join a large-scale infrastructure project that has recently moved into the construction phase.

This is a strong opportunity to contribute to a complex project environment, working closely between engineering design and site execution.

  • Working Hours: 32–40 hours per week
  • Location: On-site (Netherlands)
  • Language: English required (Dutch preferred)

Role Overview

You will support the delivery of a high-voltage project during its construction phase, acting as a key link between engineering teams and on-site operations to ensure effective implementation of technical designs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support during construction and installation activities
  • Review and validate electrical designs within HV environments
  • Coordinate between engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
  • Support technical issue resolution on site
  • Contribute to reporting and project coordination

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in HV electrical engineering
  • Experience within high-voltage or complex electrical infrastructure projects
  • Strong background in electrical design (medium to high voltage)
  • Experience in regulated or large-scale project environments is advantageous
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
