Senior Project Manager

G2 have an incredibly exciting opportunity within the INDUSTRIAL MANUFACTURING industry!

A client in the industrial building manufacturing industry is looking for a Permanent Senior Project Manager to work on major CAPEX and OPEX projects, joining their pay-roll within The Netherlands, near Eindhoven.

The company is a hugely successful manufacturing company which operates globally in Europe, North America, China, India and the Middle East. The performance of the client is reflected in the package and salary for this particular vacancy.

You would be based on their manufacturing plant near to Eindhoven. The site has ongoing OPEX and CAPEX projects, you would be focused on leading technical projects,

Covering full lifecycle project delivery for both national and international projects.

They are specifically looking for a Senior Project Manager who has experience having an overview of planning, projects strategy, execution and general project management responsibilities from a helicopter perspective.

Any candidates who have worked in the manufacturing sector, particularly glass, paper, metal, due to its similarities with their niche manufacturing plant in Eindhoven, would be interesting for the client.

Salary: €90,000-€145,000 per annum (+ bonus, holidays, pension)

Location: Eindhoven , Netherlands

Start: August, September, October 2025

(Dutch speaking is beneficial for this position, but they will consider English only language speakers. They will consider fluent English as a minimum requirement for the role.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
